Most SAS orders ship within 15 working days of receipt of your complete order, including finished artwork. Please keep in mind that the scope and range of our products translates into many different production schedules. Sometimes it may take longer than 15 working days to complete an order. However, you will be notified every step of the way so you know exactly when to expect your shipment(s).

We will always do our very best to accommodate orders which do not allow for our usual production time.
There are some production facilities with which SAS works offering 5-7 working days as standard. Orders utilizing these facilities will not be charged for rush services unless the required ship date forces production in less time than normally offered.
Please keep in mind that there are also several production facilities offering 1-3 day service. They have their own special charges associated with expedited service which will be listed in their catalogs. In these cases, we will simply base our pricing on that already listed by the manufacturers. No additional rush charges will be incurred (with the exception of expedited freight depending on delivery time required).
So, if you are really in a hurry, and your order does not fall within any of the catagories listed above, you will need to add the following charges to your order to ensure expedited service...

6-10 Working Days .......... Add 20%
4-5 Working Days ............ Add 25%
3 Working Days ............... Add 35%
48 Hours .......................... Add 50%

Rush service charges are added to the TOTAL OF THE INVOICE, excluding only freight.
Rush service for less than 6-10 working days may limit your available item choices.
Rush service begins the next working day after receipt of purchase order and usable artwork (see artwork specifications page).
